If you are booking for a school or company group, you don’t need to pay on booking. Instead, you will be issued with a 14-day invoice when Attendance Information is supplied. Programs are normally paid for on or before course dates, if this is not possible please advise here.

If you are booking for an individual or small group attending privately, please pay using the links in the Program Pricing section above.

Once your booking has been made, the following cancellation policies normally apply:

1. 5 or more days from course date/s: Cancelling your program will incur a cancellation fee of $60.00 per participant. Postponements may be possible, but may incur fees if costs have already been incurred by Motorvation.
2. Within 5 days of course date/s: Schools and companies must pay fees for participants booked. Postponements may be possible, but will incur fees depending on costs incurred by Motorvation.
3. Where bookings are made for a school or company in a country area or where a school or company has requested an exclusive or specialist booking, tentative bookings are normally not possible within 20 days of course dates.
4. Where a school or company has up to two participants who cannot attend a course for genuine reasons, we’re happy to train those participants on another date without penalty, if there is another suitable course within three months of the original date.
